Since its establishment in the development zone, the company has established a product research and development department. In 2019-2020, it even established a specialized wind turbine technology research and development department. For product research and development and trial production, we hired top-notch talents from the wind turbine industry from Shenzhen and Dongguan, where the most wind turbine industry professionals are located, at high salaries. At the same time, the company provides regular professional training for existing personnel, arranges visits to other companies for observation and learning, and continuously improves the professional knowledge and innovation capabilities of R&D personnel.

　　In 2019-2020, more than 20 million yuan was invested in the "DC Wind Turbine and Automation Innovation Capacity Construction Project," introducing an anechoic test laboratory and a wind tunnel test laboratory, and adding more than 70 sets of R&D and testing equipment, such as three-coordinate measuring machines, Gauss magnetic field analyzers, environmental protection detectors, rain test chambers, and IOA visual automatic detection equipment.
