By deploying a big data analysis platform and integrating quality inspection data from various stages of production, AI image recognition technology is used to automatically detect surface defects and dimensional accuracy of compressor parts, with an accuracy rate of over 98%. Once a defective product is found, the system automatically traces the production batch, raw material batch, and operator information, and combines historical data for root cause analysis, such as quickly locating the cylinder head deformation problem caused by abnormal mold temperature, and generating process optimization solutions. At the same time, blockchain technology is used to build a product quality traceability platform, generating a unique digital identity code for each product. Customers can scan the code to view the full life cycle data from raw material procurement, production processing to finished product inspection, ensuring product quality is traceable and verifiable, further enhancing customer trust in product quality.
