Production process
In the production process, Huangshi Xiangyu uses digital technology to reshape its production flow. By introducing MES (Manufacturing Execution System), an integrated digital network covering equipment management, production scheduling, and quality monitoring has been built. The system collects real-time operational data from CNC machining centers, die-casting machines, and other equipment, such as temperature, pressure, and speed parameters. AI algorithms are used to conduct in-depth data analysis and automatically adjust production parameters. For example, during piston pin processing, when the system detects that tool wear is causing dimensional deviations, it will immediately trigger an alert and automatically correct the cutting parameters, reducing manual intervention while increasing the product dimensional qualification rate to 99.5%. In addition, relying on the digital scheduling system, production tasks are dynamically allocated based on order priority and equipment load, increasing capacity utilization by 15% and shortening the delivery cycle by an average of 20%, achieving a double improvement in production efficiency and product quality.
