Mold masters can input relevant values on the machine tool's display screen according to customer needs to produce mold steel precision materials of the corresponding size, greatly reducing the waste rate of raw materials and labor costs."

" Chen Guowei said that in the past, many mold enterprises had high requirements for steel, and generally purchased imported mold steel for processing. Now, the domestic mold steel technology and hardware supporting facilities have caught up, and are increasingly recognized by domestic mold enterprises.

Chen Guowei said that completing a finished mold is not an easy task, and it requires a series of processes such as CAD design, machining, pressing, welding modules, and coating.
