The Huaguang ETX55L aluminum wire compressor, with its compact structure, high efficiency (COP up to 2.07W/W), light weight, and low noise, has become one of the most eye-catching products at the Huaguang booth.

The Huaguang ETX55L aluminum wire compressor adopts small air gap aluminum wire motor technology, enabling the aluminum wire motor to achieve the same effect as a copper wire motor. Combined with a series of original high-efficiency and noise reduction technologies, the newly developed aluminum wire product achieves a COP of 2.07W/W, reaching a leading domestic level.

The Huaguang ETX55L adopts a split exhaust silencer technology, separating the exhaust silencing chamber from the cylinder block. The cleverly designed independent exhaust silencer with built-in throttle plate reduces the heat transfer from the exhaust system through the cylinder block to the cylinder bore, lowering the intake temperature and thus improving the compressor's COP. Simultaneously, this new structure makes the entire unit lighter, with the compressor core's center of gravity closer to the central and geometric center, resulting in smoother operation and less vibration.

In addition, the Huaguang ETX55L cleverly utilizes line contact track plane rolling bearing technology. The bearing pads are modified into a structure with double-sided annular recesses, ensuring good consistency between the upper and lower pads. The rolling balls in the cage rely on these recesses as tracks for rolling, improving the stability of the bearing movement and the compressor's operating efficiency. It also features bladeless, oddly shaped tooth paddle technology, enhancing the compressor's oil pumping capacity. This design has a highly efficient oil absorption characteristic, ensuring continuous and effective oil supply to the compressor's moving parts, improving the compressor's operating efficiency and reducing noise.
